ESG Account Manager in Nanjing Office
The NEWAsia Assurance Testing Institute (ATI) is hiring ESG Account Manager for the China office.
NEWAsia Solutions has an open position for an ESG Account Manager to develop ESG assessment, testing, training, and verification business across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is an outstanding professional, who can utilize their strong consulting and business development skills to foster and expand our network of excellent client relationships. We seek individuals to help us drive the continued growth of our ESG business through the sales and delivery of professional services and further advancing our reputation for ESG solutions.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of global clients’ sales and service activities, explore and develop potential new clients and ESG business.
- Maintain good relationships with certain levels of clients.
- Expand our business network through stakeholder engagement.
- Lead a cross-functional team, and organize necessary resources to meet clients’ requirements, and solve problems to exceed clients’ expectations while delivering projects on schedule.
- Support management in leading projects, initiatives, and strategy development.
- Lead commercial negotiations.
- Achieve annual sales objectives.
- Working arrangements: Requires 25-50% travel.
- Reporting to: Directors.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in business, engineering, environmental science and/or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of sales & marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in ESG/CSR consulting or verification related services.
- Good command of English, familiarity with ESG testing, FEM, SLCP, ZDHC, Bluesign, SA8000, SMETA, BRA, compliance audits is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Team working spirit.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure, willing to take challenges.
