Workshops on Labor Compliance Assessment & Risk Prevention

On May 27, 2014 in Guangzhou, NEWAsia Solutions Limited organized in cooperation with the Fair Labour Association (FLA) a workshop on “Must-know Labor Practice Regulations”. A similar training workshop was also conducted in Shanghai on May 28, 2014. A total of 65 representatives from brands and factories attended the workshops.

The objective of this workshop was to help HR and non-HR staff to better understand the updated laws and regulations in China, reduce employment risks, and build brand trust and partnership.

This workshop was led by Mr. Li, a member of the Shenzhen Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission and Director of Labor & Social Security Department of the Shenzhen Lawyer Association:

  • Labor contract and employment risks and prevention

  • Social insurance management risks and compliance
  • Labor dispute handling and prevention.

All participants showed a great interest in the topic and were proactive workshop participants.
